"On the organization of meals in the educational institution
in the 2018/2019 academic year"

Based on the Procedure for providing meals to students of municipal educational organizations of the Makaryev Municipal District, approved by the Decree of the Administration of the Makaryev Municipal District dated June 27, 2016, №106

I ORDER:

To organize meals (breakfast) for students in the 2018/2019 academic year in the amount of:
1-4 grades – 29 rubles;
5-11 grades – 34 rubles.

To approve a ten-day menu for grades 1-4, 5-11.

To create a commission for quality control of meals consisting of:
MASHKOVA R.E. – Deputy Director for Educational Work;
GLADYSHEVA I.R. – Head of the Trade Union Committee;
GROMOVA M.V. – Social Pedagogue;
SUVOROVA S.A. – Medical Worker;
– Member of the Parent Committee.

To create a brokerage commission:
FILATOVA N.G. – Head of the Cafeteria;
SUVOROVA S.A. – Medical Worker;
RISPALOZHENSKAYA A.I. – Head of the Department of Housing and Communal Services;
GLADYSHEVA I.R. – Head of the Trade Union Committee.

The brokerage commission shall check the quality of the meals daily and complete all necessary documentation.

FILATOVA N.G. – Head of the Cafeteria:
to take special control over the preparation of food in accordance with SanPiN requirements;
to strengthen control over the quality of dishwashing, strictly adhering to SanPiN requirements, ensuring the last wash with boiling water;
to regulate the menu, strictly following nutritional norms in accordance with SanPiN;
not to use products without documentation confirming their quality and compliance with sanitary standards.

To determine breakfast times:
1st break – grades 1-3, 4a;
2nd break – grades 4b, 5-6, 7a;
3rd break – grades 7b, 8-11.

BAKULINA L.Yu. – responsible for the extracurricular activities – to organize student duties (from 14 years old) in the cafeteria and teachers during breaks.
To define lunchtime for Extended Day Group (GPD) and children with disabilities, 13:30-14:00.
CHERNOV I.M. – to be appointed responsible for working with documents related to meal organization.

To organize free two-time meals for students with disabilities and children with disabilities in the amount of 32 people. (Annex 1)

To organize preferential meals for students in the amount of _______ people. (Annex 2)

Class teachers of grades 1-11:
to organize information for parents about the meal organization process;
to provide the cafeteria head FILATOVA N.G. with a monthly meal record by the 3rd of the following month;
to strictly monitor students' meals daily;
to ensure students’ accompaniment to the cafeteria;
to be present in the cafeteria during class meal times;
to ensure order in the cafeteria and assign a specific seat to each student;
to designate a responsible student for organizing meals for the class;
to submit information on the number of students eating (daily, in writing).

  1. Duty teachers shall maintain order in the cafeteria, be present in the dining area during students’ meals, monitor the work of the duty students, and maintain order near the washbasins.
