"Pedagogical Living Room Sessions: Community Circles of Educators 'Learning Together'"

The cycle of lessons "Pedagogical Living Room": Community Circles of Teachers "Learning Together" was developed as part of the project of the Municipal Educational Institution of Secondary School No. 2 in the town of Makaryev, "System of Support for Children with Low Academic Performance for the 2017-2018 School Year."

On October 3, 2017, the second session of the pedagogical living room, "The Relay of Generations," was held, with participation from veteran educators and young teachers of the school. The discussion centered on the fact that a teacher must possess personal qualities necessary for the job: love and respect for children, the ability to understand their needs and interests, strictness and fairness, kindness, and patience. Among other things, a low moral and ethical level of personality is considered a contraindication to participating in teaching activities. The participants answered the following questions:

1. What good traditions exist in the school?

2. What human values help in life and work?

3. What is each of the participants ready to do to help the school?

As a result of constructive work, the participants concluded that, first and foremost, it is necessary to raise a highly moral person who loves their homeland and is ready to help others. In turn, the veteran educators are ready to hold class hours on the history of the Pioneers, the Timur Movement, and the labor dynasties of the town and district.
