On the Approval of the Regulation on the Procedure and Form of the Examination for Proficiency in the Russian Language, Knowledge of the History of Russia, and the Fundamentals of the Legislation of the Russian Federation

In accordance with Federal Law No. 115-FZ of July 25, 2002 "On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation", Decree of the Government of the Belgorod Region No. 11-pp of January 26, 2015 "On the Approval of the List of Educational Institutions of the Belgorod Region Authorized to Conduct the Examination for Proficiency in the Russian Language, Knowledge of the History of Russia, and the Fundamentals of the Legislation of the Russian Federation, as provided for in paragraph 8 of Article 15.1 of Federal Law No. 115-FZ of July 25, 2002 'On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation'", and Decree No. 12-pp of January 26, 2015 "On the Approval of the Regulation on the Procedure and Form of the Examination for Proficiency in the Russian Language, Knowledge of the History of Russia, and the Fundamentals of the Legislation of the Russian Federation, as provided for in paragraph 8 of Article 15.1 of Federal Law No. 115-FZ of July 25, 2002 'On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation'",

I HEREBY ORDER:

  1. To approve the Regulation on the Procedure and Form of the Examination for Proficiency in the Russian Language, Knowledge of the History of Russia, and the Fundamentals of the Legislation of the Russian Federation.

  2. The Deputy Director, N.V. Kharkova, shall familiarize the members of the examination commission with the Regulation on the Procedure and Form of the Examination for Proficiency in the Russian Language, Knowledge of the History of Russia, and the Fundamentals of the Legislation of the Russian Federation.

  3. To publish the local regulatory act on the website of the educational institution.

  4. Responsibility for monitoring the implementation of this order shall be assigned to the Deputy Director, N.V. Kharkova.
