Based on the Procedure for Providing Meals to Students of Municipal Educational Organizations in the Makaryev Municipal District, approved by the Resolution of the Makaryev Municipal District Administration dated June 27, 2016, No. 106
I ORDER:

To organize meals (breakfast) for students in the 2018/2019 academic year in the following amounts:

Grades 1-4 – 29 rubles;

Grades 5-11 – 34 rubles.

Approve the ten-day menu for Grades 1-4 and 5-11.

Establish a commission for food quality control with the following members:
-
Mashkova R.E. – Deputy Director for Educational Work;
-
Gladyshova I.R. – Chair of the Trade Union Committee;
-
Gromova M.V. – Social Pedagogue;
-
Suvorova S.A. – Medical Worker;
-
Member of the Parent Committee.

Establish a brokerage commission:
-
Filatova N.G. – Head of the Canteen;
-
Suvorova S.A. – Medical Worker;
-
Rispolozhenskaya A.I. – Head of Administrative and Economic Services;
-
Gladyshova I.R. – Chair of the Trade Union Committee.

The brokerage commission shall inspect the quality of dishes daily and complete all necessary documentation.

Filatova N.G., Head of the Canteen:
-
Pay special attention to food preparation in accordance with SanPiN (Sanitary Regulations);
-
Strengthen control over the quality of dishwashing, strictly adhering to SanPiN requirements by performing the final wash with boiling water;
-
Regulate the menu, strictly following nutritional standards according to SanPiN;
-
Do not use products without documents confirming their quality and compliance with sanitary standards.

Determine the breakfast times:
-
1st Break – Grades 1-3, 4A;
-
2nd Break – 4B, 5-6, 7A;
-
3rd Break – 7B, 8-11.

Bakulina L.Yu., responsible for extra-curricular activities, shall organize duty shifts for students aged 14 and older in the canteen and for teachers during breaks.

Set the lunch time for Extended Day Program (EDP) students and children with disabilities: 13:30-14:00.

Chernov I.M. – Appoint as responsible for organizing food-related documentation.
-
Organize free two-time meals for students with disabilities, including 32 students with disabilities (Appendix 1).

Organize preferential meals for students, totaling ___________ students (Appendix 2).

Class Teachers of Grades 1-11:
-
Organize the dissemination of information to parents about the meal organization process;
-
Provide the canteen manager, Filatova N.G., with the meal attendance register by the 3rd of each month following the reporting period;
-
Strictly monitor students' meals daily;
-
Ensure students' accompaniment to the canteen;
-
Be present in the canteen during their class's meal time;
-
Ensure order in the canteen and assign specific seating for each student;
-
Designate a responsible student for organizing meals for the class;
-
Ensure the daily submission of data on the number of students receiving meals (in writing).

Duty teachers shall ensure order in the canteen, be present in the dining hall during meal times, supervise the duty students, and monitor hygiene around the washbasins.
