1. In accordance with the Federal Law No. 99-FZ dated 04.05.2011 "On Licensing of Certain Types of Activities", the Federal Law No. 323-FZ dated 21.11.2011 "On the Fundamentals of Citizens' Health Protection", the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1007 dated 02.09.2022 "On Licensing Activities Related to the Circulation of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Their Precursors, and the Cultivation of Narcotic Plants", the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 353 dated 12.03.2022 "On the Specifics of Licensing Activities in the Russian Federation", the Decree of the Governor of Krasnoyarsk Region No. 401-rg dated 11.06.2025 "On the Exercise of Powers to Lead the Ministry of Healthcare of Krasnoyarsk Region", Paragraphs 3.38 and 3.72 of the Regulation on the Ministry of Healthcare of Krasnoyarsk Region, approved by the Resolution of the Government of Krasnoyarsk Region No. 31-p dated 07.08.2008, the license for activities related to the circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their precursors, and the cultivation of narcotic plants is hereby revoked for the legal entity as per the attached document.

2. The control over the execution of this order is assigned to the Deputy Minister of Healthcare of Krasnoyarsk Region M.G. Lazeev.
