ON THE STUDENT SCIENTIFIC SOCIETY
OF THE MUNICIPAL BUDGETARY GENERAL EDUCATION INSTITUTION "SECONDARY GENERAL EDUCATION SCHOOL No. 19
WITH ADVANCED STUDY OF CERTAIN SUBJECTS"

General Provisions.
1.1. The Student Scientific Society (hereinafter – SSS) is an independent formation that unites students of the school capable of scientific inquiry, interested in increasing their intellectual and cultural levels, striving to deepen knowledge both in specific subjects and in the field of modern scientific knowledge.
1.2. Direct supervision of the student scientific society is carried out by the deputy director of the school.
1.3. The highest body of the SSS is the assembly. The general assembly is held at the beginning of the academic year after the school has studied the scientific interests of the students and their attitude toward scientific activity. At the assembly, the SSS council is approved, which includes at least 5-10 people, the composition of each section is determined, and the SSS work plan for the year is approved.1.4. Meetings of the SSS council are held once a month. Classes in sections take place once every two weeks.

Goals and Objectives of the Student Scientific Society
2.1. Expanding students’ horizons in the field of achievements of domestic and foreign science.
2.2. Identifying the most gifted students in various fields of science and developing their creative abilities.
2.3. Active involvement of students in the process of self-education and self-development.
2.4. Improving students' skills and abilities for independent work, increasing the level of knowledge and erudition in areas of interest in science.
2.5. Organizing scientific research activities of students to improve the learning process and career guidance. -
Main Directions of Work
3.1. Involving capable students in scientific research activities according to their scientific interests.
3.2. Teaching students to work with scientific literature, forming a culture of scientific research.
3.3. Introducing and cooperating with representatives of science in the relevant field of knowledge, providing practical assistance to students in conducting experimental and research work.
3.4. Organizing individual consultations for intermediate and final control during students’ scientific research.
3.5. Engaging scientific personnel to supervise students' scientific works.
3.6. Reviewing scientific works of students when preparing them for participation in contests and conferences.
3.7. Preparing, organizing, and conducting scientific-practical conferences, tournaments, and olympiads.
3.8. Editing and publishing student scientific collections. -
Structure of the Scientific Society
4.1. Curator of the SSS – deputy director.
4.2. Head of the SSS – teacher (appointed by the order of the school director).
4.3. Chairman of the SSS – a student of grades 10-11.
4.4. Section leaders (sections: primary school, natural sciences, humanities, military-patriotic and spiritual-moral education, defense-sports) – students of grades 1-11.
