On Amending the Main Educational Program
of Primary General Education

Based on the order of the Ministry of Education and Science dated December 29, 2014, No. 1643 "On Amending the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated October 6, 2009, No. 373 'On Approving and Implementing the Federal State Educational Standard for Primary General Education'"

I ORDER:

1. To make the following changes to the Main Educational Program of Primary General Education of the Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution "Secondary General Education School No. 19 with Advanced Study of Certain Subjects" (approved by the order No. 283/b dated May 31, 2014):

• Paragraph 1 of Section I "Explanatory Note" to be rewritten as follows: "The Main Educational Program of Primary General Education of the Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution 'Secondary General Education School No. 19 with Advanced Study of Certain Subjects' (hereinafter – OOP NOO) has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Primary General Education and taking into account the Model Main Educational Program of the Educational Institution. Primary School (compiled by E.S. Savinov), M. 'Prosveshchenie,' 2011."

• Paragraph 17 of Section I to be rewritten as follows: "Meta-subject results – the universal educational actions (cognitive, regulatory, and communicative) mastered by students, ensuring the acquisition of key competencies that form the basis of the ability to learn, and inter-subject concepts, including the formation of an initial level of dictionary use culture as part of universal educational actions."

• On page 23 of the Program in Section I, item 2 "Planned Results of Mastery by Students of the Main Educational Program of Primary General Education" in the subsection "Subject Results" for Physical Education, the third paragraph should be rewritten as follows:
  "The graduate will have the opportunity to learn:
  the development of skills for systematic monitoring of their physical condition, physical load amounts, health monitoring data (height, body weight, etc.), and indicators of the development of basic physical qualities (strength, speed, endurance, coordination, flexibility);
  preparation for meeting the requirements of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Health Complex 'Ready for Labor and Defense' (GTO)."

2. To publish this order on the official website of the educational institution.

3. To assign control over the execution of this order to Barinova I.I., Deputy Director.

of Basic General Education (FSES)

I ORDER:

1. To make the following changes to the Main Educational Program of Basic General Education (FSES) of the Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution "Secondary General Education School No. 19 with Advanced Study of Certain Subjects" (approved by the order No. 283/b dated May 31, 2014):

• Paragraph 1 of Section "General Provisions" to be rewritten as follows:
  

  "The Main Educational Program of Basic General Education (hereinafter OOP OOO) of the Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution 'Secondary General Education School No. 19 with Advanced Study of Certain Subjects' has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Basic General Education and taking into account the Model Main Educational Program of Basic General Education. This is a regulatory legal document that, on the one hand, defines the goals, objectives, content, and specifics of education, and on the other hand, reflects the features of the educational and pedagogical process and the management of the institution. The document reflects the school’s strategy to ensure citizens' rights to education and meet their educational needs."

• Item 1.2.1. to be supplemented with the following paragraph: "Meta-subject results – the universal educational actions (cognitive, regulatory, and communicative) mastered by students, ensuring the acquisition of key competencies that form the basis of the ability to learn, and inter-subject concepts, including the development of motivation to master the culture of active use of dictionaries and other search systems."

• On page 79 of the Program in Section 1.2 "Planned Results of Mastery by Students of the Main Educational Program of Basic General Education," subsection "Subject Results" for Physical Education, to be supplemented with the following point:
  "The graduate will have the opportunity to learn:

2. preparation for meeting the requirements of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Health Complex 'Ready for Labor and Defense' (GTO)."
