   This document is published as an amendment (correction) to the information contained in the issuer’s report for the 12 months of 2021.    2.1. Brief description of the changes made and the reasons (circumstances) serving as the basis for their introduction: due to comments from the authorized body, the word "Accounting" was removed from paragraph 5 of the Introduction. Additionally, paragraph 5.1. of the report now includes a reference to the issuer’s published financial statements with an attached auditor’s report in accordance with IFRS standards.

   Introduction
   
   The information contained in the issuer’s report is subject to disclosure in accordance with clause 4 of article 30 of the Federal Law "On the Securities Market" and clause 2 of the Federal Law "On Joint Stock Companies," as well as within the framework of the Bank of Russia Regulation "On Disclosure of Information by Issuers of Securities" dated March 27, 2020, No. 714-P.
   
   In this quarterly report, the terms "Issuer," JSC "Central SPC," "Company," and "Organization" refer to Joint Stock Company "Central Suburban Passenger Company," unless otherwise follows from the context.
   Regarding the issuer’s securities, a prospectus registration has been carried out. State registration of the issue (additional issue) of the issuer’s securities was accompanied by the registration of the securities issuance prospectus, with the placement of such securities carried out by open subscription or closed subscription among a circle of persons numbering more than 500.
   
   The report contains a reference to the following type of reporting: individual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2021, prepared under RAS and IFRS, on the basis of which the issuer’s report discloses information about the issuer’s financial and business activities.
