Product Processing

The edges of the plywood are sanded and rounded. For painting elements made of moisture-resistant plywood, a water-dispersible coating resistant to atmospheric and chemical exposure is used. The coating forms a durable film that preserves its gloss and color. Wear-resistant paint with a UV printer is used to apply a stylized image on the plywood elements. The finish coating is a water-dispersible lacquer with a biocidal additive NANOSILVER.
Metal elements have smooth radius rounding and meticulous weld processing. Anti-corrosion, environmentally friendly dual powder coating is used for steel parts, which is color-stable and resistant to aging in atmospheric conditions.
For safety, all protruding parts and threaded connections are covered with plastic caps. The bolt edges are covered with plastic plugs. The embedded parts of the support posts have dual powder coating.
Compliance with standards: The complex is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard of the Russian Federation, namely GOST R52169-2012, GOST R52168-2012.

Equipment

Tower - 1 set
Made of four glued beams 100x100 mm, height 2500 mm; floor made of laminated plywood with an anti-slip coating 1000x1000 mm, thickness 18 mm; the edges of the plywood are carefully sanded. The tower enclosure has two types: from moisture-resistant plywood and a railing made of steel pipe. The plywood enclosure is 18 mm thick and is attached to the support beam with plastic corner brackets. The enclosure is painted using a UV printer. The print is eco-style, with log cabin images in warm brown tones. The floor height of the tower from the planning mark of the site is 1200 mm.

Slide h=1200 - 1 set
The slide's slope, 530 mm wide, is made of stainless steel 1.5 mm thick, from a solid sheet. The sides are made of moisture-resistant plywood 24 mm thick, the edges are carefully sanded, and the sides are painted with UV printing in an eco style. The slide's support frame is made of 40x25 mm profile and 32 mm diameter tubes (the metal has smooth radii and careful weld processing, covered with powder paint). The slide's dimensions are 530x2270x1200(h).

Climbing Wall - 1 set
The climbing wall consists of a shield made of moisture-resistant plywood, 18 mm thick, 1000x800 mm in size, with cut-outs. It is painted with an eco-style print.

Single Seat Swing on Chains - 1 set

The swing is made from two glued beams 100x100 mm, height 2200 mm, and a metal welded suspension made from 42 mm diameter pipe (800x2880 mm). The metal has smooth radii and careful weld processing, covered with powder paint in graphite-gray. The seat is the BASIC ("Basic") model, size 440x175x25 mm. The product consists of an aluminum plate covered with thermoplastic elastomer. Due to the metal insert, the seat is strong and can withstand high loads. The seat has an anti-slip surface. The chain is short-link, uncalibrated, strength class T(8), with a link diameter of 6 mm. The chains are connected with a fitting for hanging on the swing crossbar. The fitting is made from a 30x30 mm profile, with bushings and bearings, painted red. The chain is protected by a heat-shrinkable tube along its entire length.

Ladder - 1 set
The ladder consists of side panels made from moisture-resistant plywood 24 mm thick and five steps made from laminated anti-slip plywood 18 mm thick, with a step width of 780 mm. The space between the steps is covered by screens made from 18 mm thick moisture-resistant plywood, with a gap for rainwater drainage between the step and the screen. The steps and screens are inserted into grooves on the ladder's side panels. The sides are fastened with M10 bolts. The ladder is delivered assembled.

Ladder Railing - 1 set
Made of 24 mm thick moisture-resistant plywood. The set includes 2 railings.

Hand Walk - 1 set
The hand walk consists of two glued beams not exceeding 100x100 mm, 2000 mm long. Between the beams, crossbars made of 27 mm diameter steel pipe, with a wall thickness of at least 2.8 mm, are attached. The pipe is welded with steel plates (at least 3 mm thick, 40 mm wide, and 100 mm long) on both sides. The crossbars are painted graphite-gray. The step between the crossbars is 300 mm. The connectors to the tower posts and chin-up bars are made from 18 mm thick moisture-resistant plywood, painted in eco-style.

Chin-Up Bar - 1 unit
The chin-up bar is made from a bent 27 mm diameter pipe, measuring 400x910 mm, and painted with powder coating in graphite-gray color.

Climbing Net - 1 set
Made of a welded frame from a 40x25 mm rectangular profile, 40x40 mm profile, and 32 mm diameter pipe. The welded frame forms the base for the net. The net is made from six-strand reinforced polyamide rope with a diameter of 16 mm. It is attached to the support beams using clamps through thimbles. The ropes are fixed at intersections with plastic cross connectors, designed for 16 mm ropes. The connectors lock together and are fastened with screws. The ends of the ropes are finished with thimbles and fixed with compression sleeves.
