Explanation of the opening of duty groups in preschool educational institutions of the Bolsheosnovsk municipal district
In accordance with the Decree of the Governor of Perm Krai No. 30 dated 04.04.2020, children whose parents work (both parents) are entitled to a place in the duty groups of kindergartens:
-
in emergency and rescue services;
-
in medical, pharmaceutical, and social institutions;
-
in organizations providing sanitation services;
-
in organizations providing the sewing of special clothing and protective equipment;
-
in organizations engaged in volunteer activities;
-
in organizations ensuring the supply of food and essential goods;
-
in organizations carrying out urgent work in emergency situations and situations that threaten people's lives;
-
in organizations providing emergency financial services;
-
in federal government bodies (judicial, law enforcement agencies, compulsory health insurance fund, pension fund branches, local government bodies);
-
in organizations providing funeral services;
-
in organizations ensuring the maintenance of street and road networks;
-
in public transport organizations;
-
in mass media organizations;
-
in organizations providing continuous operations, including processing agricultural products and conducting spring fieldwork;
-
in postal offices, MFCs, and notaries, when providing services of an urgent nature;
-
in the duty groups of kindergartens.
In order for a child to be granted a place in a duty group of a kindergarten, the following is required:
-
submit an application to the head of the educational institution (the director of the institution) for the child's enrollment in the duty group of the preschool educational organization (PEO);
-
provide a copy of the permit for the activity (permission to operate in conditions of self-isolation);
-
provide a medical certificate from the pediatrician about the child’s health condition. Currently, for children being directed to duty groups after being in self-isolation for more than 5 days, certificates are issued after a pediatrician's home visit (pediatricians have been informed by the Ministry of Health and should carry out this activity).
Conditions for attending the duty group in the PEO:
If a place in the duty group is provided for your child, the following is required:
-
the parent (legal representative) must bring the child to the PEO wearing a mask and gloves; the child is not required to wear a mask or gloves;
-
maintain the necessary distance during morning and evening visits to the PEO;
-
perform hand sanitizing at the entrance to the PEO;
-
conduct morning temperature checks and answer questions from the teacher or medical worker of the PEO regarding the child’s health, with a signature in a special journal;
-
immediately pick up the child from the PEO if information is received that the child’s condition has worsened.
Conditions for the child’s stay in the duty group in the PEO:
The administration and staff of the PEO must ensure:
-
conducting morning and afternoon screenings of the children, including visual inspection, body temperature measurement, a health status questionnaire for the parent (legal representative), and a mark in a special journal with the signatures of the parent and PEO representative;
-
immediate isolation of the child if signs of illness are detected;
-
conducting disinfection measures: providing hand sanitizers for parents during morning and evening visits to the PEO and for staff during the day;
-
ensuring PEO staff have protective equipment (masks, gloves);
-
providing disinfectants for cleaning floors, walls, dishes, and toilets;
-
adherence to ventilation and wet cleaning schedules;
-
checking the ventilation system operation;
-
conducting air disinfection with special means (recirculators, lamps);
-
refraining from holding mass events, holidays, and entertainment.
