   2.1. Brief description of the amendments and the reasons (circumstances) that served as grounds for their introduction:
   Due to comments from the authorized body, the word "Accounting" was removed from paragraph 5 of the Introduction. In addition, section 5.1. of the report was supplemented with a link to the financial statements published by the Issuer along with the auditor's report in accordance with IFRS standards.

   The information contained in the issuer’s report is subject to disclosure in accordance with Clause 4 of Article 30 of the Federal Law "On the Securities Market" and Clause 2 of the Federal Law "On Joint Stock Companies", as well as within the framework of the Bank of Russia Regulation "On Disclosure of Information by Issuers of Equity Securities" No. 714-P dated March 27, 2020.
